b. Authorised/prohibited towing methods for a Fluence Z.E which has broken
down, including running out of power
" A broken down vehicle must only be recovered by a qualified Electric Vehicle
operative (with an authorization).
" Never load the flatbed beyond its authorised capacity.
" The recovery configurations shown below are not authorised for electric
vehicles which have been damaged in an accident.
" The use of straps when transporting a vehicle which has been damaged in an
accident (impounding method) is prohibited to prevent stress on the battery
pack which could deform it.
