SCREEN WIPERS
Replacing windscreen wiper
blades 1
• Lift the wiper arm 3.
• Move the blade into a horizontal
position.
• Press tab 2 and slide the wiper
blade downwards until hook 4 on
the wiper arm is released.
• Slidetheblade(A)thenraiseit
(B) to release it.
Fitting a front or rear wiper
blade
To refit the wiper blade, proceed in
reverse order to removal. Make sure
that the blade is correctly locked in
position.
Replacing the rear screen wiper
blade (hinged door)
• Lift wiper arm 6.
• Press tab 5 and slide the wiper
blade downwards until it is
released from hook 7.
Replacing the rear screen wiper
blade (tailgate)
• Lift the wiper arm 8.
• Pivot the blade 9 until some
resistance is met.
• Pull the blade to release it
(movement C).
• Before using the rear wiper, check that there are no objects obstructing
the blade travel.
• In frosty weather, make sure the wiper blades are not stuck by ice (risk of
motor overheating).
• Keep an eye on the condition of the blades. Replace the wiper blades as
soon as they begin to lose efficiency (approximately once a year).
