FM
This menu item holds the conventional FM radio. You can save up to 20 stations. See chapter 10 c) of these
instructions for how to operate the FM radio.
Informations Center
Weather Information
Here, you can have various weather information for specific towns displayed. Selection takes
place by continent, country and town. The data are currently called from the internet.
Financial Information
Here, different stock data, such as the “DOW JONES” or the “DAX”, are displayed. The data are
also called from the internet.
System Information
This item shows current information on the system and the radio network.
AUX
With this menu item, you can switch the radio to mode “AUX”. Here, you can listen to the music that you
are playing on your MP3 player, for example. For this, it must be connected to the AUX socket on the rear
of the radio.
Configuration
“Manage my mediaU”
Here, you can put together your own station list online. For this, observe chapter 10 g) of these
instructions.
Network
Wireless Network Configuration
In this menu item, you can search for WiFi access points and connect your radio
with the chosen one. In principle, the configuration is like selecting “YES” for the
network configuration in chapter 9 (Initial Setup).
Wireless Network (WPS PBC)
Here, you can activate the WPS function of your radio to connect it to your router.
The configuration is like selecting “Yes(WPS)” for the network configuration.
Manual Configuration
If there are any problems with automatic setup of the network, you can configure the
WiFi manually here. You can choose if the IP address is to be procured automatically
(DHCP). You can enter the SSID if it is invisible. You can also switch between the
already-saved WiFi networks “Manage”.
Check Network when Power on
In the last item of this submenu, you can switch the automatic network check when
switching the radio on off and on.
