Ifyourcameraisnotpoweringon,pleasetrythefollowingsolutions:
•Makesureyourcameraispoweredonproperly.ThePoEcamerashould
bepoweredbyaPoEswitch/injector,aReolinkNVRora12V2Apower
adapter.
•IfthecameraisconnectedtoaPoEdeviceaslistedabove,connectitto
anotherPoEportandcheckagain.
•TryagainwithanotherEthernetcable.
Ifthepan&tiltfeatureisnotworking,pleasetrythefollowingsolutions:
•Powercyclethecameraandseeifitwillautomaticallypan/tilt.Ifnot,
thecameramaybefaulty.Ifyes,pleaserefertothefurthersteps.
•Ifthecamerafailstopan/tiltviaReolinkApp/ClientontheWAN
(remotely),tryitontheLAN(locally)andseeifitworks.
•UpgradetheReolinkApp/Clientandthecamerarmwaretothelatest
version.
•Restorethecameratofactorysettingsandcheckthepan/tiltagain.
Ifthepicturefromthecameraisnotclear,pleasetrythefollowing
solutions:
•Checkthecameralensfordirt,dustorspiderwebs,pleasecleanthe
lenswithasoft,cleancloth.
•Pointthecameratoawell-litarea,thelightingconditionwillaectthe
picturequalityalot.
•Upgradethermwareofyourcameratothelatestversion.
