SAFETY AND MAINTENANCE
1. The product is not waterproof so keep it from water, and do not immerse it in the water.
2. Do not pull, tangle, squeeze or trample the power cords, or hang heavy objects on power cords in case
of any damage to the insulating layer or any fault such as short-circuit or poor contact.
3. Disconnect the power supply before putting the lampshade out of use or moving the lampshade to avoid
scalding or accident.
4. Check if the power cord is damage; do not use the damaged one.
5. In case of any smoke or other abnormalities, promptly unplug the power supply to avoid accident; contact

This document describes the REPTI ZOO Clamp Lamp, a lighting device designed for reptiles.

Function Description

The REPTI ZOO Clamp Lamp is primarily designed for lighting for reptiles. It features a cool black vanished aluminum alloy shell and a fine polished reflective layer, which efficiently reflects heat and increases brightness. The lamp is equipped with power cords that have independent switches, making it easy and safe to operate. It also comes with metal hooks for suspending REPTIZOO brand products, specifically designed to be used with hanging bracket LH001/7 (purchased separately). The dual dome design allows for two bulbs to be used simultaneously.

• Power: Maximum 150W*2, indicating it can support two bulbs, each up to 150 watts.

Usage Features

1. Initial Setup:
   • Upon unpacking, inspect the dual dome and power cords for any damage. Do not use damaged power cords.
   • Fit the appropriate bulbs into the lamp holders in the lampshade. Align the bulb with the lamp holder and gently screw it on to prevent damage from excessive torque.
   • After installing the dome lamp, merge its two cables and wrap them with the provided sort out string. The string can be cut into several sections for convenience.
   • Turn off the power switch before connecting to a power supply.
   • Connect the power supply and then turn on the switch on the power cord to power the lighting or heating lamp.
2. Installation:
   • The dual dome can be placed directly on the top metal mesh of REPTIZOO RK series reptile terrariums. Ensure all flammable items and those susceptible to high temperatures are removed from below and around the lamp.
   • Alternatively, fit the metal hook into the small hole in the upper part of the lampshade, and then hang the lamp on the reptile terrarium using the REPTIZOO hanging bracket LH001/7 (purchased separately).
3. Safety Precautions:
   • Always disconnect the power supply before moving the lampshade or putting it out of use to avoid scalding or accidents.
   • Do not pull, tangle, squeeze, or trample the power cords. Avoid hanging heavy objects on power cords to prevent damage to the insulating layer, short-circuits, or poor contact.
   • If any smoke or other abnormalities occur, promptly unplug the power supply to prevent accidents and contact the distributor or manufacturer for maintenance.
   • This product is not intended for other uses beyond reptile lighting.
   • To avoid accidents, disconnect the plug from the power outlet before replacing a bulb. If a bulb in normal working condition needs replacement, wait at least 30 minutes for it to cool down completely.
   • Take measures to prevent people or animals from touching the bulb or any part of the product during normal use to avoid burns.

Maintenance Features

1. Inspection: Regularly check the power cable for damage, compression deformation, or other defects. If any defect is identified, do not use the power cable; instead, send it to the manufacturer or replace it through its service agent or related professionals to avoid danger.
2. Bulb Replacement: Before replacing a bulb, disconnect the plug from the power outlet. Allow the bulb to cool for at least 30 minutes if it was in normal working condition.
3. Troubleshooting: In case of unexpected smoke or other abnormalities, unplug the product immediately and send it to the manufacturer, its agent, or related technicians for inspection and maintenance.
4. Power Supply: Ensure the power supply meets the specified parameters to prevent damage to the heater.
5. Child Safety: This appliance can be used by children aged 8 and above, and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, if they are supervised and instructed on safe use and understand the hazards. Children should not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be performed by children without supervision.
