  If the oximeter pairing fails during configuration, first, check the BDA number in the Configuration window and ensure it matches the number on the oximeter. If it doesn't match, restart the oximeter by removing and re-inserting the batteries, then press the grey activation button to turn on the device and resume the pairing process. Alternatively, restart the Nox T3s by unplugging it from the computer and plugging it back in, then resume the pairing process.

  If the oximeter pairing fails after a successful configuration, ensure the Nox T3s display is on; if it's off, press the button to turn it on. Press the button again to see the BDA number of the oximeter and verify that it matches the number on the back of the oximeter. If they don't match, re-configure the device. If that doesn't work, try restarting the oximeter by removing and re-inserting the batteries, then hold the grey activation button to turn on the device. As another option, restart the Nox T3s by removing and re-inserting the battery.

  If you can’t download the recording, first check that you have access to your database test by opening old recordings. If you still can’t download the recording, try using a different USB port on your PC, ideally one at the back of the PC.
