S80 Batch Close
From the idle screen press [FUNC]
to access the Function Menu.
Press [2] for the batch close
options.
Press [1] to close the batch.
Note: The selections in the Batch
Menu will vary with the Host
Processor. With some there are a
number of different choices but
others start the batch process
immediately.
The terminal will contact the host
processor and print a batch report.
S80 Tip Adjust
From the idle screen press [Func] to access the
Function Menu. Then scroll with the up/down
arrow and select [Tip Menu] and then press
[ENTER].
Press [1] for untipped transactions. Use the
up/down arrows to scroll untipped transactions.
Press [ENTER] to select the desired transaction.
Enter the new tip amount and press [ENTER].
Then confirm the new tip amount by pressing
[ENTER].
After the tip amount has been confirmed the
new total amount is displayed briefly.
or press [CANCEL].

S80 Batch Close

Access Function Menu for Batch Close

Press [FUNC] from the idle screen to access the Function Menu.

Select Batch Close Option

Scroll to the Batch option and press [ENTER] to access the Batch Menu.

Initiate Batch Close Process

Press [1] to close the batch and initiate contact with the host processor.

S80 Tip Adjust Procedure

Access Tip Adjustment Menu

Press [Func], scroll to [Tip Menu], and press [ENTER] from the idle screen.

Select Transaction for Tip Adjustment

Scroll through untipped transactions or select by Invoice, Server, or Transaction #.

Input and Confirm New Tip Amount

Enter the new tip amount and press [ENTER] to confirm the adjustment.

Enter Transaction Amount

Input the transaction amount from the idle prompt and press [ENTER].

Enter Tip Amount

Input the tip amount and press [ENTER].

Process Card and Signature

Insert/swipe card, enter PIN if needed, and sign screen if prompted.

Receipt Printing

Press any key for a second receipt or press [CANCEL].

S80 Credit Sale Void

Access Void Sale Option

Press [F4] until V/SALE displays and press [ENTER] from the idle prompt.

Input Transaction Number to Void

Input the transaction # to be voided and press [ENTER].

Confirm Void Transaction

The terminal searches for the transaction; confirm and press [ENTER].

Print Void Receipt

Press any key for a second receipt or press [CANCEL].

S80 Activate Gift Card

Access Activate Gift Card Option

Press [F3] for GIFT, then [F4] for ACTIVATE from the idle prompt.

Input Activation Amount

Input the issue/activation amount and press [ENTER].

Enter Card Details and Swipe

Swipe gift card or enter number, then expiry date if prompted.

Print Activation Receipt

Press any key for a second receipt or press [CANCEL].
