Removing
the seruo board
Proceed as
follows:
.
Remove
the housing. Refer to
Section
3.2.
.
Unfasten
4 screws
(A)
on the servo board.

Unfasten
4 screws
(B)
on the transformer.
o
Detach
1 flat cable connector
from the AC
power
inlet.
o
Detach
1 flat
cable
connector
from the
ON/OFF
toggle switch.
Cable
(serial
bus)
to conveder board
Connection
cable
1
to
player
mechanism
P32
P35
Connection
cable 2
to
player
mechanism
Servo board
Detach
the
converter
board connection cable
(serial
bus) on
the converter board.

Proceed as
follows:
Press the contact clips upward with a screwdriver. Carefully
pull
out
the two cables with the
pins.
Detach
the
connection cable
(1)
to the
player
mechanism on
the servo board.
Note: The P35 and P32 connectors can be confused. Mark
them
before
you
unplug them!
Detach the
connection
cable
(2)to
the
player
mechanism on
the servo board.
Lift out the servo board.
Transformer
The transformer
is
soldered
to the
servo board and
cannot be
easily
removed.
