Verwendung:
In Verbindung mit ungedämpften
Vereinzelern (VE 2/…, VE 2/S, VE
2/H). Die Rücklaufsperre VE 2/RS
verhindert ein Zurückprallen des
Werkstückträgers vom Vereinzeler. Der
Einsatz der VE 2/RS wird besonders
empfohlen bei Einsatz des Fördermittels
Staurollenkette.
Ausführung:
– Federbelastete Sperrklinke.
– Werkstückträger-Mindestgewicht:
3 kg.
– Werkstückträgerlasten bis 250 kg.
– links oder rechts einsetzbar.
Lieferumfang:
Inkl. Befestigungsmaterial zur Montage
an der Förderstrecke.
Lieferzustand:
Montiert.
Application:
In connection with non-cushioned
stop gates (VE 2/…, VE 2/S, VE 2/H).
The VE 2/RS return stop prevents the
rebound impact of the workpiece pallet
from the stop gate. The use of the VE 2/
RS return stop is recommended when
an accumulation roller chain is used as
conveyor medium.
Design:
– Spring-loaded ratchet.
– Minimum weight of workpiece pallet:
3 kg.
– Workpiece pallet loads of up to
250 kg.
– Can be used on the left or right.
Scope of delivery:
Incl. mounting material to mount on the
conveyor section.
Condition on delivery:
Fully assembled.
Utilisation :
Le blocage anti-retour VE 2/RS
empêche un rebondissement de la
palette porte-pièce depuis le séparateur
(VE 2/…, VE 2/S, VE 2/H). L’usage
du blocage anti-retour VE 2/RS est
recommandé si la chaîne à galets
d’accumulation est utilisée comme
convoyeur.
Construction :
– Cliquet d’arrêt commandé par ressort.
– Poids minimum de la palettes porte-
pièces: 3 kg.
– Charges de palettes porte-pièces
jusqu‘à 250 kg.
– Peut être utilisé à gauche ou à droite.
Fournitures :
Matériel de fixation inclus pour le
montage à la section de transport.
