This document describes the FURY Residential Electric Water Heaters, available in 30, 38.5, and 60 Imperial Gallon electric models. These water heaters are designed for efficient and dependable hot water supply in residential settings.

Function Description:

The FURY Residential Electric Water Heater is designed to heat and store water for household use. It utilizes electric heating elements to raise the water temperature to a desired level, which is then maintained by an automatic temperature control thermostat. The heated water is stored in an inner tank, which is protected against corrosion and heat loss to ensure a consistent supply of hot water.

Proven Rheemglas™ Lining: This internal lining resists corrosive attacks from hot water chemicals, significantly extending the life of the tank.
Direct Immersion Elements: These elements efficiently transmit heat directly to the water, leading to faster heating and more hot water at a lower cost. Their direct contact with water can also make them easier to clean or replace if scaling occurs.
Magnesium Anode Rod: This sacrificial anode rod provides greater protection for the inner tank by attracting corrosive elements in the water, thereby reducing corrosion and extending the overall life of the water heater. Regular inspection and replacement of the anode rod are crucial for long-term tank protection.
Temperature and Pressure Relief Valve (T&P Valve): Included as a safety feature, this valve automatically opens to relieve excessive temperature or pressure within the tank, preventing potential hazards. This valve requires periodic inspection to ensure proper operation.
