What to do if my Rhythm Healthcare Medical Equipment unit does not operate and the service required light is flashing?

First, check the power cord connection at the wall outlet and the back of the unit (for 115 volt/220volt units). If that's not the issue, check your home circuit breaker and reset it if necessary, or try a different wall outlet. Finally, on selected units, press the concentrator circuit breaker button located below the power switch. If the issue persists after these steps, try using a different wall outlet.
