What to do if error-solved email is not received from Ricoh Printer?

If you're not receiving email alerts from your Ricoh Printer, even after resolving an alert, use Web Image Monitor and log in as an Administrator. Then, check that email sending is enabled in [Notification] when an error is fixed. Click the [Edit] button of [Detailed Settings of Each Item] in [Notification], and set [Notify when error:] to [Occurs & Fixed] on the displayed page.
