The RIDE VOLO K01 Kick Scooter comes with a One Year Limited Hardware Warranty, covering product defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is valid for original purchasers residing in the United States and Canada. The warranty period begins on the purchase date and lasts for one year. Ride VOLO will, at its option, repair or exchange defective hardware with new or refurbished parts. The warranty covers one replacement of like-items and does not extend to items out of production. The warranty does not cover damage due to transportation, storage, improper use, failure to follow instructions, lack of preventive maintenance, modifications, unauthorized repair, normal wear and tear, or external causes like accidents, abuse, or other events beyond Ride VOLO's control.
