10. Warranty
This product is guaranteed for quality
compliance of the device per the technical
specifications when the device is used while
observing the rules of operation,
transportation, and storage.
The warranty period of the device is 12 months
from the date of sale.
If the device is returned under the warranty
policy it must be properly packaged and
shipped so that it is not damaged from impacts
or shock. The purchasing receipt and a short
explanation of the problem must accompany
the scope.
Under no circumstances will any device be
warranted in the event the device is misused
or mishandled.
