Seat Height Adjustment:

- To Raise: While taking your weight off the chair, lift the lever up.
- To Lower: While seated, lift the lever up.

Tilt Tension Adjustment:
- Mechanism: Long stem with a knob located under the seat cushion.
- To Increase Tension: While seated, turn the knob forward (towards the "+" sign). This increases the resistance felt when leaning back.
- To Decrease Tension: While seated, turn the knob backward (towards the "-" sign). This reduces the resistance felt when leaning back.
- Function: Controls the resistance experienced when leaning back, allowing users to set their preferred level of recline effort.

- To Allow Tilt: Pull the control handle out to enable the chair to tilt backward.
- To Stop Tilt: Sit forward and then push the control handle in to lock the chair in an upright position, preventing it from tilting.

- Do not push the chair around when a person is sitting in it.
- Do not push down on the backrest when a person is reclined.
- Do not place all your weight on the backrest only.
- Do not place any hand or fingers near the recline mechanism to avoid pinching or injury.
