Shut power off at
the fusebox.
If you don’t know where your fusebox
is or how to turn off power to the circuit
you want to use, consult with a
licensed electrician.
If your local laws require it, hire a
licensed electrician to complete all
installation and wiring.
Cut the grommet.
The included backbox has two cable
inlets with rubber grommets. Choose
the inlet that suits your install location,
then get out the scissors.
Cut off the end of the grommet cone
at a point where it’s a bit narrower than
your cable. If you’re routing the cable
through the rear, insert it now.
