  If the DOK-LOK vehicle restraint hook does not raise and the lights do not flash, here are a few things to check: * First, examine the power source, including the building circuit breaker and the 1A and 20A fuses on the power module. * Second, verify the motor output LED (M1) and SOL LED are lit when you press the LOCK or UNLOCK button to check for a power module failure. * Third, ensure the wiring is correct according to the Electrical Schematic on pages 20 and 21.

There might be no push button inputs; check for a defective push button board or ribbon cable. 5. The hook cylinder could be defective; disconnect the cylinder and check its extension/retraction without the hook attached. 6. Incorrect wiring could also be the problem; verify the wiring per the Electrical Schematic on pages 20 and 21.
