In the event of an emergency, turn off the charger by tripping
the MCB of the wall outlet. Turn off the mains if possible before
attempting to handle the charger.
You can check the status of charging on the display by pressing
any of the buttons on the instrument cluster. You can also
monitor the status on the River App.
Additionally, you can also look at the LED light on the charger
unit and interpret the status as shown below:
Monitoring charger status
DANGER
• Do not attempt to touch the charger without turning off
the MCB.
• In case of any issue, contact River Mobility or an
authorised service centre.
WARNING
• Wait for at least 30 minutes before attempting to
disconnect the charger from the vehicle and the
wall socket.
• Do not attempt to turn-ON the vehicle until instructed to
do so by the service team.

Charging (40% - 80%) Green Blink twice every 4s
Charging ( >80%) Green Blink thrice every 4s
Charging complete Green Solid
Fault Red Solid
Disconnecting the charger in case of
an emergency
• Do not approach the vehicle under charge if the parking
location is water logged. Turn off the main switch before
attempting to disconnect the vehicle if the location is
water logged.
