Why is my RKIN Water Filtration System production limited?

  If your RKIN Water Filtration System has limited production, it might be due to several reasons. First, check the inner tube for any pinching and repair if necessary. Another potential cause is the water quality being outside the operating range; in this case, check the quality of the water to be filtered. If the filter elements have exceeded their useful life, replace them following the instructions on page 14. Taste and odor can also limit the production; flush the system by running 2 cycles and if the problem persists, replace the filters.

  If your RKIN Water Filtration System isn't starting, there could be a few reasons. First, ensure that there is water in the lower reservoir and fill it if necessary. Another possible cause is that the pump has no power; check the PCB Connection located inside the front panel behind the LED light. Finally, make sure that the lower reservoir is positioned properly. If the problem is not solved, contact customer support.

  If the LED on your RKIN Water Filtration System is off, the transformer might be disconnected or defective; make sure it's properly attached, and if that doesn't solve the issue, replace the transformer. Alternatively, the PCB could be disconnected; check the PCB Connection located inside the front panel behind the LED light.
