  • Wipe off scale inside the tank with a towel and a little cleaner.
  • Clean the tank with fair water.
  • Reinstall the water tank.
• Clean Housing:
  • Wipe off the housing with a neutral cleaner and a soft cloth.

• Do not block the wind inlet with walls, curtains, or other objects, as this will affect airflow and cooling efficiency.
• Ensure the power cord and plug are not damaged or twisted to prevent poor contact. Damaged cords must be replaced by the manufacturer or qualified personnel.
• Do not cover the outlet or place the air fan too close to the socket.
• Use a socket rated for more than 10A and avoid sharing it with other appliances.
• Never insert hands or foreign objects into the air cooler's network, especially when it is working (pay special attention to children).
• The appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless supervised or instructed by a responsible person.
