Obtaining Service
When your Roadtrek needs service, determine if the issue is with the Roadtrek upfits or the Sprinter Chassis.
For Roadtrek upfits, contact your Roadtrek dealer.
For chassis-related issues, contact Mercedes service. Advise the service writer that you have a Sprinter extended 3500 van,
rather than a "motorhome". Some dealerships do not want to work on motorhomes, but most can service a 1 ton van.
