- Bild 53 zeigt das zugehörige Befestigungsmaterial:
Stiftscharniere, Halbrundprofile, Sperrholzstreifen,
Gummiringe und S-Haken.
Bild 58
- Die Halbrundleisten und die Sperrholzstreifen jeweils mit-
tig auf die Klappen kleben.
- Stiftscharniere zusammensetzen.

- Die Stiftscharniere nur an den Klappen verkleben.
- Die S-Haken rechtwinklig zurechtbiegen und jeweils vorn
auf die Klappen kleben.
- Klappen einsetzen, ausrichten und mit Klebeband
sichern. Stiftscharniere im Rumpf verkleben.

- Die Auflage und die Halteleisten mit ø 3 mm bohren und
befestigen.
- Gummiringe in den S-Haken einhängen und um die
Halteleisten schlingen. Prüfen, daß die Klappen zuverläs-
sig öffnen und schließen.
- Der Einbau und der Anschluß an das Servo sind in der
Fahrwerksanleitung erklärt.

- Coller systématiquement les profilés semi-circulaires et
les bandes de contreplaqué au centre sur le clapet.
- Assembler les charnières.

- Coller la charnière uniquement au volet.
- Cintrer les crochets S à angle droit et les coller systéma-
tiquement à l’avant sur les volets.
- Mettre les volets en place, les centrer et les fixer avec du
ruban adhésif. Coller la charnière dans le fuselage.

- Percer le renfort et les baguettes de maintien avec une
mèche de Ø 3 mm et fixer.
- Accrocher les élastiques dans les crochets en S et les
enrouler autour des baguettes de maintien. Vérifier que
les clapets s’ouvrent et se ferment en souplesse.
- La mise en place et le raccordement au servo sont décrits
dans la notice de l’atterrisseur.

- Figure 53 shows the parts required to install the wheel
doors: pin hinges, half-round profiled rails, plywood panel,
rubber bands and S-hooks.

- Glue the half-round profiled rails and the plywood strips
centrally to the wheel doors.
- Assemble the pin hinges.

- Glue the pin hinges to the wheel doors only.
- Bend the S-hooks at right-angles and glue them to the
front end of the wheel doors.
- Place the wheel doors in the fuselage, align them careful-
ly and tape them in place. Glue the pin hinges to the
inside of the fuselage.

- Drill 3 mm Ø holes in the supports and the retaining strips
and secure them.
- Connect the rubber bands to the S-hooks and wrap them
round the retaining strips. Check that the wheel doors
open and close reliably.
- For details of installing the retract unit and connecting it to
the servo please refer to the instructions supplied with the
retract unit.
