How to use your Flexible keyboard
The flexible keyboard can be used in the following conditions:
It must be used on an even working surface.It can be used in the damp environment,even in shallow water.It can be
used in acid and alkaline environment. It can be uesd in a dust environment, even in sandstorms. It can be cleaned
with alcohol or disinfector.
The flexible keyboard cannot be used in the following conditions:
This product cannot be contacted with sharp objects.

It is designed to be used with Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000, and Windows XP operating systems. The keyboard can connect to a computer via a 1.4-meter USB cable, and it also supports PS/2 connectivity using a PS/2 adapter or converter.

  • Avoid Pressure When Rolled: It cannot be pressed when it is rolled.
  • Avoid Heavy Objects: Do not place heavy objects on it for a long time.
  • Avoid Heat: It cannot be pulled into an oven or placed on fire to toast.
  • Avoid Twisting/Pulling: Do not pull with strength to twist or pull it.

Troubleshooting

  • Keyboard Not Detected (Mouse Not Detected):
    1. Ensure the keyboard is plugged into the correct port (PS/2 or USB).
    2. Verify the keyboard port has the proper configuration (refer to computer documentation).
  • Keyboard Not Working Before Installation:
    1. Ensure the driver is installed correctly.
    2. Verify the cable is plugged into the correct mouse port.
    3. Unplug and replug the keyboard.
    4. Ensure the keyboard is detected by the Operating System and the port has the proper configuration.
  • USB Keyboard Specifics: Some computer systems may not automatically support USB devices, leading to errors or the keyboard not working until Windows starts. Using a PS/2 connector can prevent this. If using only a USB plug, ensure the BIOS system supports USB keyboard functionality. Refer to computer documentation or contact the manufacturer for support. Some manufacturers provide BIOS updates online to ensure system support for USB devices.
