komplett durch. Stellen Sie sicher, daß Sie alles verstanden
haben (Kollegen fragen)! Hinweise am Gerät beachten!

Sie Ihre Anlage spannungsfrei. Stellen Sie sicher, daß sie nicht
versehentlich wieder eingeschaltet werden kann!
Vor Inbetrieb-
nahme:
Fachgerecht
installieren
Achtung! Unsachgemäße Installation/Betrieb kann die Sicher-
heit beeinträchtigen und zu Betriebsstörungen bis hin zur Zer-
störung des Gerätes führen.
Die Installation und Inbetriebnahme darf nur durch entsprechend
qualifiziertes Fachpersonal erfolgen. Hierbei sind die einschlägi-
gen Vorschriften (DIN, VDE bzw. landesspezifische Vorschriften)
zu beachten.
Insbesondere ist vor der Inbetriebnahme sicherzustellen, daß:
• der Netzanschluß gemäß VDE0100 und VDE0160 erfolgt
• bei flexiblen Kabeln alle Feindrähte in den Anschlußklemmen
befestigt sind (Gefahr von Kurzschluß)
• Gerät und Zuleitungen ausreichend abgesichert werden.
Eine
Trenneinrichtung ist für das Endgerät vorzusehen, so dass
Gerät und Zuleitungen im Bedarfsfall unterbrochen sind.
• der Schutzleiter an die Klemme angeschlossen wird
• alle Ausgangsleitungen für den Ausgangsstrom des Netzteils
ausgelegt sind und polrichtig angeschlossen werden.
• eine ausreichende Kühlung gewährleistet ist
• der Netzwahlschalter, sofern vorhanden, richtig eingestellt ist.

Interne Sicherung

Die interne Eingangssicherung dient
der Absicherung des Gerätes und darf nicht durch den Anwender ausge-
tauscht werden. Das Gerät muß bei Defekt aus Sicherheitsgründen an den
Hersteller eingeschickt werden.

das Gerät nach seiner Verwendung der Wiederverwertung (Recycling) zuge-
führt wird.

Before working with this unit: read these instructions carefully and
completely. Make sure that you have understood all the informa-
tion (ask colleagues)! Comply with notes on the unit!
Disconnect sys-

Before any installation, maintenance or modification work:
Disconnect your system from the supply network. Ensure that it
cannot be re-connected inadvertently!

Ensure

Warning! Improper installation/operation may impair safety and
result in operational difficulties or complete failure of the unit.
The unit must be installed and put into service by appropriately
qualified personnel. Compliance with the relevant regulations
(DIN, VDE or specific national regulations) must be ensured.
Before operation is begun the following conditions must be
ensured in particular:
• Connection to mains supply in compliance with VDE0100 and
VDE0160
• With stranded wires: all strands must be fastened in the termi-
nal blocks (potential danger of short circuit)
• Unit and power supply cables must be properly fused. A dis-
connecting device has to be provided for the end product to
disengage unit and supply cables from supply mains if
required.
• The non-fused earth conductor must be connected to the
terminal
• All output lines must be rated for the power supply output cur-
rent and must be connected with the correct polarity
• Sufficient air-cooling must be ensured
• If present, the input voltage selector must be set appropriately

This unit is a primary switched-mode power supply unit for use in panel-
board installations or other building-in applications where a suitable
mechanical enclosure shall be provided to fulfill the requirements for shock-
hazard protection and/or protection from hazardous energy levels as well as
for fire protection. It must only be installed and put into service by appropri-
ately qualified personnel only.

• Secondary side is not earthed; if necessary the or terminal can be
earthed optionally.
Internal fuse
Units with internal fuse only:
The internal input fuse protects the unit and
must not be replaced by the user. In case of an internal defect, the unit must
be returned to the manufacturer for safety reasons.

Before removal: Switch main power off and disconnect your system from
the supply network.
See Fig. 3: push the slider downwards (unlock). Gently lift lower front edge of
the unit (tipping) and remove.
Reycling
The unit contains elements which are suitable for recycling, and
components which need specialist disposal. You are therefore requested to
make sure that the unit will be recycled by the end of its service life.

tion: Commutez le module hors tension. Assurez vous qu'elle ne
peut pas être remise par erreur!

installer le
module de
manière adaptée
Attention! Une installation non adaptée peut diminuer la sécurité,
provoquer des disfonctionnements et amener jusqu’à la destruction
du module. L’installation et la mise en service du module ne doivent
être effectuées que par du personnel qualifié. Dans ce contexte, il
faut respecter les prescriptions correspondantes (DIN, VDE resp. les
prescriptions appliquées dans le pays concerné).
Avant la mise en service, il faut surtout veiller à ce que:
• le raccordement au réseau soit effectué selon VDE 0100 et
VDE 0160
• en cas de câbles souples, que tous les brins soient à l'intérieur
des bornes (danger de court-circuit)
• que le module et les câbles soient suffisamment protégés. Un dis-
positif de coupure doit être prévu pour l’équipement terminal de
manière à ce que l’appareil, au besoin, soit coupé des câbles
d’alimentation.
• le fil de protection soit raccordé à la borne
• tous les câbles de sortie soient dimensionnés pour le courant de sor-
tie et qu'ils soient raccordés correctement par rapport à la polarité
• une refroidissement suffisant soit garanti
• l’interrupteur de sélection du réseau soit correctement réglé s’il
existe.

Cet appareil est une alimentation en courant cadencée côté primaire, conçue
pour lel’encastrement dans les armoires de commande ou d’autres encap-
sulages mécaniques répondant impérativement aux exigences en vigueur sur
la protection au toucher contre les tensions et/ou les énergies dangereuses et la
protection-incendie. L’installation et la mise en service ne doivent être effectuées
que par du personnel qualifié.

(appareils de réseau, relais interrupteurs) ne doivent pas être exploités sans
une mise à terre du boîtier et le cas échéant côté primaire. Des vis de mise à
terre relient le boîtier à la borne PE ( ) de mise à terre; pour cette raison,

Fusible interne
Seulement aux sppareils avec fusible interne:
Le fusible d’entré est interne et
inaccessible pour des raisons de sécurité. Il protège l’appareil et ne doit en
aucun cas être changé mais impérativement être renvoyé par l’utilisateur au
fabricant, en cas de défault.

de raccordement sont à retirer!
Voir Fig. 3: Appuyer sur le poussoir à l’arrière pour déverrouiller, basculer légè-
rement vers l’avant et décrocher l’appareil.
Recyclage
Le module contient des des composants réutilisables et d’autres qui doivent être
recyclés. Veillez donc à ce que le module soit recyclé après usage.
