  If your Rok Log Splitter fails to split logs, several factors could be at play. Ensure the log is correctly positioned according to the “Log Splitter Operation” section. If the log's size or hardness exceeds the machine's capacity, reduce the log size. For a blunt wedge cutting edge, refer to the “Sharpening Wedge” section to sharpen it. If you notice oil leaks, locate them and contact the dealer. Also, contact the dealer if an unauthorized adjustment was made to the Max. Pressure Limiting Screw, resulting in a lower maximum pressure rating.

  If the motor of your Rok Log Splitter stops and starts, it's possible that the Overload Protection Device has disengaged to protect the log splitter from damage. To address this, contact a qualified Electrician to open the Pushbutton Box and engage the Overload Protection Device inside.
