Rokinon AF 85mm F1.4 Full Frame
prime lens.
This Full Frame prime lens is
specically designed to provide
optimal quality still images and
video with Canon R series cameras.
• Its 85mm focal length, excellent center resolution, an aperture of
F1.4 for great background separation with beautiful bokeh, provide
the essential components necessary for great portraiture.
• UMC anti-reective coatings, one Extra Low Dispersion, and four
High Refractive Index elements combine to maximize image quality
and contrast even at wide open aperture.
• Autofocusing utilizes a LSM (Linear Stepless Motor) for quiet, smooth,
and precise focus that is especially important when recording video.
The IF (Internal Focus) design prevents both changes in length and
front element rotation enabling easy use with polarizers and other
lters that require precise positioning.
• Its size, shape and grips have been ergonomically designed for
enhanced stability and comfortable use with Canon R series cameras.
The rened metal chassis oers excellent durability and is weather
sealed to help protect against dust and moisture.
• It is equipped with an AF/MF switch for quick and easy conversion to
full manual focus operation.
To maintain your safety and prevent damage to the lens, please
fully familiarize yourself with the following:
• Do not look directly at the sun through the lens as It may seriously
impair your vision.
• Do not to apply excessive force when attaching the lens to the
camera as it may cause damage to the lens or your camera.
The lens is a precision optical product, so dropping or excessive
impact may cause product failure.
• Attach or detach the lens only while the camera is turned o.
• Protect the lens from water, high humidity and excessive heat.
• Always store the lens with the lens cap on in a dry and well ventilated
location out of direct sunlight. Direct sunlight passing through the
lens could become concentrated enough to cause a re.
• Lens Hood
• Set the AF/MF switch to AF” for auto focus operation.
• For manual focus operation set the switch to “M”.
Manual Focus allows you instead of the camera to adjust the focus by
rotating the manual focus ring on the lens. Manual focus can be
desirable for certain subjects and situations. For example, when
shooting through a window or for precisely keeping focus on the eyes
during portraiture.
