What to do if my ROL ERGO EPI Indoor Furnishing desk is not moving properly?

If your ROL ERGO Indoor Furnishing desk isn't moving, moves unevenly, travels only short distances, stops and reverses, or doesn't reach its full height, ensure all cables are securely connected. Try unplugging the desk from the wall for about a minute, then reconnect it. Perform a reset. If only one column moves, replace the functioning column. For a slower column, you might try manually adjusting it by gently pushing or pulling.
