If your ROL ERGO Racks & Stands desk isn't moving, moves unevenly, travels only short distances, stops and reverses, or doesn't reach its full height, first ensure all cables are securely connected. Then, unplug the desk from the wall for about a minute before plugging it back in. Next, perform a reset. Also, make sure the desk isn't overloaded and that nothing is obstructing its movement.
