Roland E-35 - Sound Effects

SOUND EFFECTS
The E-35 features 33 Stereo Sound Ef-
fects plus 4 Effect mixtures. These
Sound Effects can be used alone or as
accompaniment effect for a song.
To play the keyboard in the Sound Ef-
fects Mode, press the S EFFECTS but-
ton [34] in the KEYBOARD MODE
section. (The corresponding Led will
light). The keys from the lowest C up
to and including G #3 will produce 33
different Sound Effects. The four up-
permost keys (A3—C4) will produce a
mixture of different effects. Each of
these Effects can be dynamically
played.
Each sound can be heard briefly by
quickly pressing the key.
Each Sound Effect can be held, even
if you release the key, by pressing the
HOLD Button in the SOUND EF-
FECTS PADS section while the key is
played (Led will light). To cancel the Ef-
fect, press the HOLD button again (Led
turned off).
To turn off the SOUND EFFECTS
mode, press the S EFFECTS button
once more (Led turned off).
A total of four different Sound Effects
(four keys) can be played at one time
(except the top four notes which are al-
ready 4 Effect mixtures). This way, in-
teresting sound effects can be made.
The assignment of the Sound Effects
are shown in the following page. The
number represents the MIDI note
number.

deffekte und vier Effekt-Mixturen. Die-
se Soundeffekte kénnen allein oder als
Begleiteffekte fiir einen Song verwen-
det werden.
Um das Keyboard im Soundeffekt-
Modus zu spielen, driicken Sie die S
EFFECTS-Taste [34] im KEYBOARD
MODE-Bereich (die Led leuchtet).
Die Tasten vom tiefsten C bis einschlief-
lich G#8 sind mit 33 Effekten belegt.
Den vier obersten Tasten (A3-C4) sind
Effektkombinationen zugeordnet. Alle
Effekte kénnen dynamisch gespielt
werden.
Jeder Sound erklingt sofort nach dem
Driicken der Taste.
Jeder Sound kann auch nach Loslassen
der Taste gehalten werden, indem die
HOLD-Taste (im SOUND EFFECTS-
Bedienfeld) gedrickt wird, wahrend Sie
die Taste spielen (HOLD-Led leuchtet).
Méchten Sie den Effekt abschalten,
drticken Sie noch einmal die HOLD-
Taste (Led erlischt).
Um den SOUND EFFECT-Modus ab-
zuschalten, dricken Sie nochmals die S
EFFECTS-Taste (Led erlischt).
Insgesamt kénnen vier verschiedene
Soundeffekte (vier Tasten) gleichzeitig
gespielt werden (ausgenommen die Ta-
sten fir die vier Effektmixturen). Auf
diese Weise kénnen interessante Ef-
fektkombinationen erstellt werden.
Die Zuordnung der Soundeffekte wird
in der folgenden Illustration darge-
stellt. Die Nummer reprasentiert die
MIDI-Notennummer.

(MODE EFFETS SONORES)
Le E-35 est caracterisé par 33 Effets
sonores stéréo plus 4 effets mixés. Ces
Effets sonores peuvent étre utilisés
seuls ou comme effets d’accompagne-
ment d’un morceau.
Pour jouer du clavier dans le Mode
Effets sonores, pressez le bouton 5
EFFECTS [34] dans la section KEY-
BOARD MODE (a Led correspondante
s’allume). Les touches du DO le plus bas
au SOL y compris produiront 30 effets
sonores différents. Les quatre dernié-
res touches (LA8 - DO4) produiront un
mixage d’effets divers. Etant donné
que ces effets (LA8 - DO4) sont le résul-
tat du mélange de 4 Effets Sonores,
ceux-ci ne peuvent étre utilisés avec les
autres. Chaque effet peut étre joué de
fagon dynamique. .
Vous pouvez écouter briévement cha-
cun de ces sons, en pressant rapide-
ment la touche.
Chaque effet sonore peut étre prolongé
méme si vous relachez la touche, grace °
au bouton HOLD dans la section
SOUND EFFECTS (PADS), alors que
la touche est enfoncée (Led allumée).
Pour désactiver cet effet, pressez le
bouton HOLD a nouveau (Led éteinte).
Pour désactiver la fonction Effets
Sonore, pressez le bouton S EFFECTS
encore une fois (la Led est éteinte).
Vous pouvez jouer jusqu’a 4 Effets
Sonores simples (4 touches) différents
en méme temps, exception faite pour
les quatre derniéres touches (L.A 3 - DO
4) qui ont déja des effets mélangés.
De cette facon on peut obtenir des
effets sonores intéressants.

vante. Le numéro représente le numéro
de note MIDI.
