First, the battery might be low or dead, in which case you should recharge it or call Customer Service for a replacement. Check if the battery terminal connector is loose or detached and reconnect it. It's also possible that the drive chain fell off, so reinstall it. If the electrical components are broken or the motor is damaged, contact Customer Service for troubleshooting or repairs.

  Your Rollplay Golf Car might be running slowly due to several reasons. The battery might not be fully charged, so ensure a secure connection when recharging. If the battery is old, contact Customer Service to order a replacement. Also, too much weight on the vehicle, harsh conditions, or a flat tire can cause it to run slowly. Make sure to reduce the weight to no more than 68 kg / 150lbs, operate the vehicle on level ground and safe surfaces and inflate the tire. Finally, a worn caster wheel may be the problem, so contact Customer Service.
