Wheel cover
Assemble the Front Wheels
1. Slide the small washer onto the front axle.
2. Slide the front wheel onto the front axle.
3. Slide the small washer onto the front axle.
4. Insert the straight end of the snap pin through the hole at the end
of the axle to keep the wheel in place.
5. Finally snap the wheel cover on the wheel to complete the assembly.
6. Repeat steps 1-5 for the remaining front wheel.
