Exhaust
gas
recirculation system
Remove
and clean the
E.G.R.
valve
and
feed pipes.
Clean the E.G.R.
orifice
in the plenum chamber.
Check the
E.G.R.
valve for correct operation.
Fuel
evaporative emission control system
Fit
a new evaporative loss control
canister.
Check
the condition of the pipes
and
connections;
rectify
if
necessary.
Check the purge
flow
rate;
rectify
if
necessary.
Fuel
filters
Fit
new fuel
filters.
Ignition system
Lubricate the
distributor
spindle (shaft bearings)
and automatic advance mechanism with engine
