If your ROOTS Floor Machine moves slowly or not at all, several factors could be the cause. First, ensure the parking brake is disengaged. Check if the directional control pedal is jammed or needs adjustment; clean the pedal and adjust the linkage. Slippery surfaces may cause tire skidding, so clean the tires. Also, inspect for jammed wheels and clear any obstructions. Low hydraulic oil levels can hinder movement, so top up the hydraulic oil. Finally, a damaged or worn drive motor can cause this issue, requiring you to replace the damaged part.
