Why don't I get full broadband throughput with my Ros ROS3001 Set-top boxes?
    • K
      Kelly PorterJul 30, 2025
If you're not getting the full downstream or upstream broadband throughput with your Ros Set-top box, check your Quality of Service (QoS) settings under your Settings Network tab. Incorrectly set Uplink or Downlink rates can throttle your expected broadband service when QoS is enabled.

      Brian HughesAug 3, 2025
If you cannot see a picture on the TV using your Ros Set-top boxes, check these items: * Ensure the plugs on the cable connecting the Home Center and the TV are fully inserted. * Verify the video source on your TV matches the HDMI port where you plugged in the video cable. For example, if the cable is in the HDMI 3 port, set the source to HDMI 3. * Confirm the Home Center power cable is fully plugged in on both ends. * Check that the HDMI cable to your TV is plugged into the Home Center’s HDMI-TV port.

Why is the WIFI WPS not successful on Ros ROS3001?
    • J
      Jordan Gonzales DDSAug 12, 2025
If the WIFI WPS is not successful with your Ros Set-top boxes, check that the Access Point security mode is not set to WEP, as WEP security mode does not support WPS. Also, ensure the device is within radio range of the Access Point by moving closer and retrying WPS.

Why one device cannot connect to WiFi with Ros Set-top boxes?
    • F
      foxdebraAug 20, 2025
If one device cannot connect to the WiFi but all other devices seem to be working normally with your Ros Set-top boxes, check to see if the WiFi MAC Address Filter is on and if your device is listed. The MAC Address Filter control is available in the Wireless settings through the Web interface. If your device is listed, remove it from the list or turn off MAC filtering if you don’t intend to use that feature.
