Why don't I get full broadband throughput with my Ros ROS3001 Set-top boxes?

If you're not getting the full downstream or upstream broadband throughput with your Ros Set-top box, check your Quality of Service (QoS) settings under your Settings Network tab. Incorrectly set Uplink or Downlink rates can throttle your expected broadband service when QoS is enabled.
