How to fix a Roto NT handle that's hard to turn?

  If the handle of your Roto Household Hardware is difficult to rotate, several factors could be the cause. The frame parts may not be properly greased, so try greasing them. The handle itself might be faulty, requiring replacement. If the handle screws are too tight, slightly loosen them. Check for oblique screws in the sash parts and ensure they are straight. Faulty sash parts or striker locations can also cause this issue, so replace the sash parts or adjust the striker locations accordingly. Also check the sash stay gasket compression.
