To fix this, connect pressure gauges to the pressure connections of the motor and measure the hydraulic pressure. Correct the pressure if required. * Faulty winch motor. In this case, you should repair or replace winch motor. * Oil operating temperature too low. You can solve this by warming up the hydraulic system.

To resolve this, wind the rope onto the winch in accordance with the assembly instruction, observing the correct rotation direction (CC or CW). * Using the wrong control valve, specifically one with no connection to the tank in the neutral position. Install a control valve with «H» or «Y» position in the neutral position. * Damaged sprag clutch assembly. Replace the damaged sprag clutch assembly.
