Only the front side of the CPL filter rotates to adjust the
glare. Back side
screws onto the dash cam’s lens.
NOTE
STEP 4: HOLD THE STEADY BACK SIDE
Hold the CPL filter between your thumb and index finger, securing
the back side - the side with the threaded ring. This part should
remain steady and is designed to screw onto the pre-threaded lens.
