Inspect cutting assembly for damage and wear. Tighten blade retaining bolts to specified torque.
Disconnect spark plug lead. Remove old blade and install new blade with hardware. Tighten to specification.
Lubricate throttle control lever with light oil every 25 hours of mowing for smooth operation.
Lubricate drive chains with SAE 30 oil while rotating the wheels. Ensure cover plate is replaced.
Adjust drive chain tension by moving the tensioner to achieve proper deflection. Check for tight spots.
