How to fix Rover Lawn Mower when engine fails to start?

If the engine of your Rover Lawn Mower fails to start, several factors could be at play. Ensure the PTO/Blade Engage knob is disengaged (OFF). Verify the parking brake is engaged. Check that the spark plug wires are correctly connected. Position the Throttle/Choke control lever to FAST. Activate the choke by pushing the Throttle/Choke control lever into the Choke position. Make sure the fuel tank isn't empty and contains fresh gasoline (less than 30 days old). Inspect for a blocked fuel line, cleaning it and replacing the fuel filter if necessary. Examine the spark plugs for faults, cleaning, adjusting the gap, or replacing them as needed. If the engine is flooded, crank it with the throttle in the FAST position. Lastly, check for blown fuses and replace them.
