Power supply switch
1. By default, it will use the external battery (Alkaline or Ni-MH AAA battery or 10440 Li-ion battery) once it was
installed.
2. By holding the side switch for 3 seconds, the power can be switched between internal battery and external
battery
a. If the external battery was used, it will be switched to the internal battery (Li-po) and the battery indicator
will show Blue to indicate it was switched successfully.
b. If the internal battery was used, it will be switched to the external battery and the battery indicator will show
Green to indicate it was switched successfully.
3. It will switch between automatically if the battery is low (Li-po / 10440 is lower than 3.0V or AAA battery is lower
than 0.8V).
4. It will fail to switch the power supply in the following cases
a. The board has issues like short circuit, etc.
b. Both batteries are low voltage.
Operation (Any button)
1. Moonlight: From off, single click, click again to turn off
2. Turn on: Rapid double click
3. Switch mode: click to cycle through moonlight-low-med-high
4. Emergency mode: rapid triple click, and click to cycle through Strobe-SOS-Signal beacon
5. Turn off: Press for 0.3 seconds
6. Memory mode: memorize the last used mode after turned off.

Emergency Mode Activation

Triple click for emergency modes; cycle through Strobe, SOS, Signal beacon.

Turning Off The Penlight

Press and hold the button for 0.3 seconds to turn off the penlight.

Mode Memory Function

The penlight memorizes the last used mode when turned off.
