service center. Be sure to put your name on the outside of the shipping box
(no P.O. boxes please), include a brief note describing the issue, and include
a copy of the sales receipt if the product is in warranty. If in warranty,
Rowenta will repair or replace the product at their discretion. If the product
is out of warranty, you will be advised of the cost of repair before any work
begins.
