Take the iron out of the box and remove all stickers. Remove soleplate protector.
Use untreated tap water up to 17° dH. Mix with distilled water if water is very hard.
Tilt the iron, open filling inlet, pour water up to max mark, close inlet, and return iron to horizontal.
Set iron temperature using the control dial. Indicator light shows heating status.
Pour away remaining water and set steam control to dry. Open/close steam control to prevent valve blockage.
Allow appliance to cool down before storing upright on its heel. Do not wind cord around hot soleplate.
Iron contains an anti-scale cartridge to reduce scale deposits, prolonging operational life.
Flushes dirt and scale particles out of the steam chamber to prolong iron life.
Check mains supply, ensure plug is inserted correctly, or try a different socket. Adjust temperature control.
Check steam control setting, water level, or Anti-Drip status. Ensure correct water type and temperature.
Avoid overuse of shot of steam button and ensure soleplate temperature is adequate.
