Your vacuum cleaner is an electrical appliance and must be used under normal operating conditions. Keep out of reach of children and never leave unattended when switched on.
Check your home wiring voltage. Always switch off and unplug the appliance before maintenance or changing accessories.
All repairs must be performed by an Approved Rowenta Service Centre using original replacement parts to ensure safety.
Unpack the appliance, remove labels, keep guarantee, and read instructions carefully before first use.
Unwind the cord fully, do not pull the cord to unplug. Use transport handle. Never use without dust box or filter.
Connect the hose, telescopic tube, and nozzle. Adjust tube length. Attach appropriate accessories for different surfaces.
Unwind cord, plug in, and press ON/OFF pedal. Adjust power using the control switch or slider for different surfaces.
Switch off, unplug, and rewind the cord. Place nozzle in parking position for storage and transport.
Empty the dust box after each use. Open lid, remove box, empty, and securely close the lid and box.
Clean dust box, separator, and HEPA filter case under running water. Allow foam and HEPA filters to dry for 12H.
Replace HEPA filter case with a new one as recommended for optimal performance and air quality.
Wipe the appliance body and accessories with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh detergents or abrasive products.
Check appliance is plugged in. Ensure lid is properly closed and dust box is correctly positioned.
Check for blockages in the accessory or hose. Ensure dust box and filters are clean and correctly positioned.
Reduce power, check for blockages, empty dust box, clean filters, or ensure dust box/filters are correctly seated.
Verify HEPA filter case is present and correctly positioned. Ensure the dust box is properly seated in its housing.
Reduce suction power or adjust nozzle position for the surface being vacuumed. Check brush position for carpets.
Pull the power cord out again and press the rewind pedal if the cord slowed down during retraction.
