Unpacking

Recommendations and Precautions

Unwind the cord fully, do not pull the cord to unplug. Use transport handle. Never use without dust box or filter.

Use

Assembling the Different Parts of the Appliance

Connect the hose, telescopic tube, and nozzle. Adjust tube length. Attach appropriate accessories for different surfaces.

Plugging the Cord In and Turning On the Appliance

Unwind cord, plug in, and press ON/OFF pedal. Adjust power using the control switch or slider for different surfaces.

Storage and Transport of the Appliance

Switch off, unplug, and rewind the cord. Place nozzle in parking position for storage and transport.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Empty the Dust Box

Empty the dust box after each use. Open lid, remove box, empty, and securely close the lid and box.

Clean the Dust Box and the Filtration System

Clean dust box, separator, and HEPA filter case under running water. Allow foam and HEPA filters to dry for 12H.

Replace the Filtration System

Replace HEPA filter case with a new one as recommended for optimal performance and air quality.

Cleaning Your Vacuum Cleaner

Wipe the appliance body and accessories with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh detergents or abrasive products.

Troubleshooting

If Your Vacuum Cleaner Will Not Start

Check appliance is plugged in. Ensure lid is properly closed and dust box is correctly positioned.

If Your Vacuum Cleaner Has No Suction Power

Check for blockages in the accessory or hose. Ensure dust box and filters are clean and correctly positioned.

If Your Vacuum Cleaner Has Less Suction Power, is Noisy or Makes a Whistling Noise

Reduce power, check for blockages, empty dust box, clean filters, or ensure dust box/filters are correctly seated.

If the Lid Does Not Close (Detector Action 14)

Verify HEPA filter case is present and correctly positioned. Ensure the dust box is properly seated in its housing.

If It Is Difficult to Move the Nozzle

Reduce suction power or adjust nozzle position for the surface being vacuumed. Check brush position for carpets.

If the Power Cord Does Not Wind Completely

Pull the power cord out again and press the rewind pedal if the cord slowed down during retraction.
