What to do if my Rowi HIH 2000/ 1/1 Heater does not start?

If your Rowi Heater doesn't start, first ensure the connector is properly plugged into the socket and check the power supply voltage. Also, make sure the heater is switched on by turning the heating level switch to position "I" or "II".
