Before using
Please charge your Pins ANC TWS earbuds before use.
Featured with minimalistic buttonless tap control, simply take the earbuds out of the
charging case and wear to start using, TWS earbuds will be antomatically powered
on shortly and wait to paired.
Use
Power on/off
To start the headset, take the earbuds out of the case. Place the earbuds back in the
case to turn them off or press and hold the earbud for 4-5 seconds. They can also be
activated by pressing and holding the touch bar on the earbuds for 2 seconds if they're
not in the case.
Charging
Connect the USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and a computer or a USB
power adapter. There are four LED indicator on the case to indicate the battery level.
When Charging the charging base. One light is always on to be full 25%, two lights
are always on to be full 50%. three lights are always on to be full 75%. four lights
always on to be full 100%. Each earbud has a LED indicator that will turn on and shine

red when they are being charged in the case and LED indicator the left and right sides
of the case will ash. When the earbuds are fully charged the indicators on them will
turn off.
Pairing
Open the case. Remove the earbuds, they will start blinking and pair together. Open
Bluetooth settings on your device and nd Roxcore Pins ANC and choose to connect. Pairing
will occur automatically after this each time the earbuds are removed from the case.
Managing music and personal assistant
Press either of the earbuds once to play or pause music.
Doubleclick the right earbud to raise the volume or the left to lower the volume.
Tripleclick the right earbud to go to the next song and the left earbud to play the
previous song.
Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds to start the personal assistant on your
device (Siri and Google Assistant).

Quick click one time + press and hold either earbud for 2 second to open and closed

Managing calls
Press either earbud once to answer or hang up a call.
Press and hold either earbud for at least two seconds to reject an incoming call.
Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds to Switch between earbuds and phone calling
Troubleshooting (Resetting)
If the earbuds are having any problems including L/R channel disconnection or
pairing/connectivity issues with the mobile device your device. Please the following
method for reset.
1) Make sure the earbuds turn off, pressing the two earbuds around 10 seconds until
LED Blinking red for 2 second.
2) Place the earbuds to the charging case and leave the lid closed for 5 seconds, and
take them out.
