How to troubleshoot a Royal Enfield SHOTGUN 650 Motorcycle that does not start?
- JJordan BoyleJul 30, 2025
If your Royal Enfield Motorcycle engine won't start, first ensure the ignition/engine kill switch is in the ON position. Next, check the fuel level and top up if it's low. If the lights are dim or the horn sounds weak, this indicates a weak or discharged battery, or a problem in the charging circuit, and you should contact an authorized service center. Also, inspect the fuse and replace it with one of the same rating; if the problem continues, contact an authorized service center. Finally, check the connection of the spark plug, cap, and high tension cable, and reconnect them if necessary.
