    What to do if all display lights are ON on my RS PRO RS GD-36 Security Sensors?

      If all the display lights are illuminated simultaneously on your RS PRO Security Sensors, it indicates that the sensor or the sensor heater is defective. Shut the unit OFF. The sensor or the entire unit should be replaced.

    Why are both the high and low sensitivity lights ON at the same time on my RS PRO Security Sensors?

      If both the high (yellow) and low (white) sensitivity lights are on simultaneously, it means that the battery is discharged and unable to heat the sensor. The batteries are low and need to be changed.
