Geräte-Einbauanleitung
Die vorliegende Anleitung beschreibt beispielhaft anhand ei-
nes TM3-3G den Einbau eines Gerätes der TM3-Serie mit Op-
tion TM3-2U in den 19“/2HE-Montagerahmen TM3-MA2U.
HINWEIS - Achten Sie beim Einbau darauf, die
Interface-Box, das Einbau-Display und die Verbindungskabel
nicht zu beschädigen.
Übersicht
Die folgende Skizze gibt einen Überblick über die Komponenten und wo sie im Montagerahmen TM3-MA2U platziert werden.
Benötigtes Material
• Glattes, weiches Tuch
• Torx-Schraubendreher T8 für Schrauben an der Interface-Box
• Torx-Schraubendreher T10 für die Schrauben zur Montage des Einbau-Displays (dem TM3-Gerät beiliegend)
• Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher zur Montage des USB-Extension-Kabels (dem TM3-Gerät beiliegend)
• Kabelbinder (dem TM3-Gerät beiliegend)

Mounting Sequence

Preparation of Components

Place interface box and display on a soft surface; have mounting material and USB cable ready.

Interface Box Screw Removal

Remove screws and synthetic rosettes from the underside of the interface box.

Positioning Interface Box

Select side on TM3-MA2U, place rosettes in holes, and align interface box openings.

Securing Interface Box

Fasten the interface box from the bottom side using the previously removed screws.

USB Extension Cable Connection

Fasten USB extension cable socket and plug the Mini-B connector into the interface box.

Power Supply Cable Routing

Pass cable ties through rectangular holes for power supply mounting and routing.

Power Supply Mounting

Place power supply, fitting feet into holes, and secure with cable ties.

Low Voltage Power Connection

Connect the 4-pin low voltage connector from the power supply to the interface box.

Display Mounting

Carefully place the display with mounting frame and fasten using black screws.

Signal Source Connection

Connect desired signal sources using appropriate standard connection cables.

Cable Management

Arrange display and power supply cables, avoiding obstruction, and fasten with cable ties.

Final Power Connection

Connect the mains cable to the power supply and then connect to mains supply.

Rack Installation

Install the TM3-MA2U mounting frame with the TM3 device into the 19" rack.
