ROAST CHICKEN WITH FENNEL
Serves 4
Ingredients:
2 fennel bulbs, sliced
4 cloves garlic (crushed)
½ lemon
1 kg chicken
2 tsp olive oil
salt and pepper
Method:
1. Preheat air fryer at 180°C.
2. Put the fennel and garlic in the basket.
3. Push the lemon inside the chicken.
4. Rub the skin with olive oil.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Put the chicken in the basket.
7. Cook for 50 minutes.
8. Shake the basket half way through cooking.
9. Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
