FACTORY RESET
If you would like to reset/ restore the appliance to its default settings, please follow the instructions
below:
1. Turn the coffee maker ON.
2. Press the Short and Normal Espresso buttons at the same time, hold them pressed in for
five (5) seconds until the middle LED light flashes in blue five (5) times.
3. The factory reset is now complete.
4. After above operation, the machine is reset to its factory default setting. The following
parameters are reset and now in place: Coffee brewing size: 30ml (Short/ Ristretto) and
60ml (Normal Espresso)

CAPSULE COFFEE MAKER:
No coffee is brewed.
The water tank is empty.
Fill water into the water
reservoir.
The coffee is not hot
enough.
 Cold ‘to the touch’ cups/
mugs are being used.
 Scale build-up in machine.
 Preheat the cup/ mug.
 Descale.
 Cold machine - brew a cup of
water to warm up the circuit.
